JÜTERBOG – 05.06.2023: Feuerwehr im Großeinsatz, Waldbrand breitet sich massiv aus.
INTERNATIONAL: Firefighters in large-scale operation, forest fire spreads massively.
[ Waldbrand Mittwoch, 31. Mai 2023, 20:00 Uhr Nuthe-Urstromtal, Felgentreu/Neuheim, Waldgebiet (Teltow-Fläming)
Polizeibeamte fuhren am Mittwochabend auf der Kreisstraße 7218. Zwischen den Ortslagen Felgentreu und Zülichendorf bemerkten sie starken Rauch, welcher über dem Waldgebiet eines ehemaligen Truppenübungsplatzes aufstieg. Sofort wurden Einsatzkräfte der Feuerwehr ins Waldgebiet hinzugezogen, die den Brandort schließlich südlich der Ortschaft Felgentreu und westlich Pechüle ausmachten. Die bekämpften das Feuer, das sich aktuell auf etwa drei Hektar Fläche ausgebreitet hat. Die Löscharbeiten sind derzeit noch im Gange. Hinweise zum Brandausbruch liegen derzeit noch nicht vor.

Forest fire Wednesday, May 31, 2023, 8:00 p.m. Nuthe-Urstromtal, Felgentreu/Neuheim, forest area (Teltow-Fläming).
Police officers were driving on the county road 7218 on Wednesday evening. Between the villages of Felgentreu and Zülichendorf, they noticed heavy smoke rising above the forest area of a former military training area. Immediately task forces of the fire-brigade were called into the forest area, which finally made out the fire place south of the locality Felgentreu and west Pechüle. The fought the fire, which has currently spread to about three hectares. The extinguishing work is currently still in progress. Clues to the outbreak of fire are currently not yet available.
