[ Großerlach: Flächenbrand
Am Donnerstagnachmittag gegen 12:45 Uhr kam es in einem Waldgebiet zwischen der Erlacher Höhe und einem dortigen Funkturm zu einem Flächenbrand. Aus bislang unbekannter Ursache geriet der trockene Waldboden auf einer Fläche von etwa 800 Quadratmetern in Brand. Die Feuerwehr war mit sechs Fahrzeugen und 34 Personen im Einsatz und konnte den Brand schnell löschen. Der entstandene Sachschaden lässt sich bislang nicht beziffern.

On Thursday afternoon at around 12:45 p.m. there was a wildfire in a forest area between the Erlacherhöhe and a radio tower there. For an unknown reason, the dry forest floor caught fire over an area of around 800 square meters. The fire brigade was on duty with six vehicles and 34 people and was able to quickly extinguish the fire. The material damage caused cannot yet be quantified.
