DÜSSELDORF – 17.06.2022 [4K]: Feuerwehr & Rettungsdienst rücken mit Teile des Bauunfallzug an. Vor Ort konnte dann später von einem Baustatiker Entwarnung gegeben werden.

FW-D: Plötzliche Risse in der Hauswand

Am gestrigen Freitag den 17.06. kam es für die Feuerwehr Düsseldorf zu einem Einsatz Am Hackenbruch in Eller. Gemeldet wurde dass in einem Mehrfamilienhaus plötzlich Risse im Mauerwerk des Treppenraumes entstanden sind. Die dorthin alarmierten Kräfte erkundeten die Lage und stellten fest dass auf der Rückseite des Hauses im Treppenbereich einige Glasbausteine geplatzt waren und einige Scherben in den Innenhof gefallen sind. Auch im Treppenraum wurden kleinere Risse und abgeplatzter Putz entdeckt. Da zunächst nicht feststand ob das ganze Haus betroffen ist und wie groß der Schaden ist wurde von der Einsatzleitung entschieden das gesamte Haus zu evakuieren.
Die Bewohner wurden alle in ihren Wohnungen angetroffen, ins Freie geführt und in einem Bus der Feuerwehr für die Dauer des Einsatzes betreut.
Ein hinzugerufener Statiker des Bauaufsichtsamtes begutachtete den Schaden und kam zu dem Ergebnis dass sich im Mauerwerk befindliche Stahlträger die aufgrund des Alters des Hauses teilweise freilagen, sich durch die starke Sonneneinstrahlung ausgedehnt hatten. Dies führte dazu dass die ca. 3x3m großen Felder mit Glasbausteinen auseinander gedrückt wurden und einige der Steine geplatzt sind.
Die grundsätzliche Struktur der Wände blieb aber stabil und die Schäden begrenzten sich auf die Außenwand des Treppenraumes. Wohnungen waren nicht betroffen, sodass lediglich der Innenhof abgesperrt wurde für den Fall dass weitere Glassplitter herabfallen.
Nach Beendigung dieser Maßnahmen konnten alle Bewohner zurück in ihre Wohnungen. Verletzt wurde niemand.

FW-D: Sudden cracks in the house wall

Yesterday Friday 17.06. the Düsseldorf fire brigade was deployed at Hackenbruch in Eller. It was reported that cracks suddenly appeared in the masonry of the stairwell in an apartment building. The alerted forces there explored the situation and found that some glass blocks had burst on the back of the house in the stairwell area and that some shards had fallen into the inner courtyard. Small cracks and chipped plaster were also discovered in the stairwell. Since it was initially not clear whether the whole house was affected and how bad the damage was, the operations management decided to evacuate the entire house.
The residents were all found in their apartments, taken outside and cared for in a fire brigade bus for the duration of the operation.
A structural engineer from the building control office who was called in examined the damage and came to the conclusion that the steel beams in the masonry, which were partially exposed due to the age of the house, had expanded due to the strong sunlight. This meant that the approx. 3x3m fields with glass blocks were pushed apart and some of the stones burst.
However, the basic structure of the walls remained stable and the damage was limited to the outer wall of the stairwell. Apartments were not affected, so only the inner courtyard was cordoned off in case more glass splinters fell.
After these measures were completed, all residents were able to return to their apartments. Nobody got hurt.
