Lauffen am Neckar: Gebäudebrand einer Firma im Industriegebiet
Aus bislang unbekannter Ursache geriet gg. 20:00 Uhr das Gebäude einer Firma im Gewerbegebiet „Im Brühl“ in Lauffen am Neckar in Brand. Die Firma stellt E-Fahrzeuge her. Das Gebäude brannte restlos nieder. Die Rauchwolke, die durch den Brand entstand, war so groß, dass sie weit außerhalb des Brandortes zu sehen war. Sie wurde durch den Wind bis ins Hohenlohische geweht. Die Bevölkerung wurde mittels Nina-App gewarnt. Messungen der Feuerwehr ergaben keinerlei Schadstoffemission. Die Löscharbeiten sind momentan noch im Gange. Nach ersten Schätzungen wird von einer Schadenshöhe von mind. 2 Mio Euro ausgegangen. Personenschaden entstand nicht. Die Feuerwehr war mit einer Personalstärke von 160 Personen und 45 Fahrzeugen im Einsatz. Zur Brandursache kann bislang keine Aussage getroffen werden. Lauffen am Neckar: fire in a company building in an industrial area
The building of a company in the „Im Brühl“ commercial area in Lauffen am Neckar caught fire around 8:00 p.m. for reasons that are as yet unknown. The company makes electric vehicles. The building burned down completely. The cloud of smoke created by the fire was so large that it could be seen far beyond the scene of the fire. It was blown by the wind to Hohenlohe. The population was warned using the Nina app. Measurements by the fire brigade revealed no pollutant emissions. The extinguishing work is currently still in progress. According to initial estimates, the amount of damage is assumed to be at least EUR 2 million. There was no personal injury. The fire brigade was deployed with a staff of 160 people and 45 vehicles. So far, no statement can be made about the cause of the fire. The Heilbronn police investigation is ongoing.
