Am Montag gegen 18:30 Uhr geriet zwischen Neu- und Altfürstenhütte eine Feldscheune in Brand. Beim Eintreffen der Feuerwehr und Polizei stand die Scheune bereits in Vollbrand. Die Scheune stürzte während der Löscharbeiten ein. Gegen 20:00 Uhr war der Brand beinahe vollständig gelöscht. Es entstand Sachschaden in Höhe von ca. 100.000 EUR. Die Ermittlungen zur Brandursache dauern an. Die Feuerwehren Sulzbach, Murrhardt und Großerlach waren mit elf Fahrzeugen und 73 Einsatzkräften vor Ort.

Großerlach: Barn burned down
On Monday at about 6:30 p.m., a field barn caught fire between Neu- and Altfürstenhütte. When the fire department and police arrived, the barn was already in full fire. The barn collapsed during the extinguishing work. Around 20:00 o’clock the fire was almost completely extinguished. There was property damage in the amount of approximately 100,000 EUR. Investigations into the cause of the fire are continuing. The fire departments of Sulzbach, Murrhardt and Großerlach were on site with eleven vehicles and 73 firefighters.
